The Scars of War Foundation at The Queen’s College Oxford

Scars of War  was formed in November 2011 at The Queen’s College Oxford, to study the effects of war and disaster on the people involved.

Our research is very firmly directed towards establishing practical, appropriate and affordable solutions for the diverse problems created by the trauma of war and natural disasters.

Through being part of The Queen’s College Oxford, Scars of War has immediate access to the widest range of the world’s best experts in every field.

Day-by-day contacts across all academic disciplines allows us to use what we learn from neuroscience, psychiatry and psychological research, to develop and fund research in other fields, from which we devise workable solutions.
